General photo delivery is 24 hours after the on-site appointment. Video delivery is within 48 hours of the on-site appointment. If you need rush delivery, please let us know.

Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Same day cancellations will result in a $50, non-refundable charge. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready to shoot.

Turnkey Media retains all image and media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license agreement for use of the photos while you are representing the listing.

Domain name purchases are non-refundable once you have been provided your URL.
